Today you will receive a hard copy of your child's registration form. It is very important that all families review the information on the form and make any necessary changes to phone numbers, emergency contacts, etc. PlePlease write directly on the form. Please return the form even if there are no changes to your child’s information. Up to date information helps to ensure we are able to contact you quickly in an emergency, and that your child's information is accurate.

You will also receive a document called "Consent for Publication of Student Personal Information and Student Work". This form gives us permission to share your child's work or photo on our authorized sharing platforms. (Twitter, school webpage). Please be sure to check the appropriate box and sign and return this form as well.
