Parent Teacher Group (PTG)

Welcome to the PTG
What is the Parent Teacher Group (PTG) all about? Every parent and guardian of Hillside Park Elementary School is a member of our school’s Parent Teacher Group (PTG) and the events that take place within our school further promote and help build our cohesive community of Lower Sackville in to an even more wonderful place of learning for our students and their families!
 

When does the PTG meet & How Can I Help?  Meeting times will be communicated on our school webpage, student agendas, School Monthly Newsletter and SchoolMessenger. All parents and guardians of Hillside Park Elementary School are welcome to attend any of our PTG meetings.
 

How Can You Help?
• Volunteer to help with an event (set-up, tear down, manage volunteers, pick-up/drop-off items)
• Contribute to events (i.e. baked goods, prizes, cakes, etc).
• Volunteer to plan and organize an event (ie; Cookie Dough Fundraiser, Xmas Concert artwork/decorations, Spring BINGO, etc).
• Process event tickets( organizing BINGO cards, organizing Xmas Concert tickets, etc).
• Collect money & registrations for events ( Cookie Dough Fundraising, Vessey Seed Orders)
• Attend PTG  meetings
• Take on a PTG position
• Become a class parent
